Zachery Duggan
| My mother was raised in Picher and graduated in 1954. My mothers name was Shirley Duggan. Her parents were Zachary and Thelma Duggan. My husband's Mom and Dad was also raised in Picher. He grew up in Cardin. There is a lot of interesting stories and pictures on this web site. His parents names are Bill and Carol Fisher Strickland. But the reason I am writing to you is to let you know that the picture you have that says it is T. J. Duggan is actually my grandpa, Zachary, who is T. J.'s older brother.
