ROBERT WAYNE HOWARD Robert “Wayne” Howard, 58, Carthage, died at 4:05 a.m. Wednesday, Jan 8, 2003, at Freeman Hospital, Joplin, Mo. after a year-long illness.
Mr. Howard was born Jan 28, 1944, in Miami, Okla., to Cecil Howard and Nadine Green. He was a driver for Yellow Freight System, Baxter Springs, Kan. For 31 years.
He was a member of the First Assembly of God Church, Carthage, Mo. He married Sandra Kay Newman on July 26, 1962 at First Baptist Church, Miami Okla., and she survives.

Howard; Carthage. His mother, Nadine Goodrich
