Lee Douglas Huddleston

Lee Douglas Huddleston of Miami, Okla. passed away Tuesday Oct. 14, 2014 at Windridge Nursing and Rehab Center. He was 74.

Mr. Huddleston was born June 3, 1940 in Picher, Okla. to Delmer and Helen (Pettit) Huddleston. He had lived in Miami since 1966 moving from Picher, Okla., he graduated from Picher High School and he served in the U.S. Navy. Lee was a member of the First Baptist Church in Miami, Okla., he loved OU football, the U.S. Navy and classic movies. He was a toll booth operator for Oklahoma Turnpike Authority and had worked at B.F. Goodrich.

Lee is survived by his son Scott Huddleston and wife Karesha of Vinita, Okla. and two grandchildren Jarrett Huddleston and Emmalee Huddleston; and nephew Donnie Morgan.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday Oct. 17, 2014 at the G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, Okla. The family will receive friends Friday from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel before the services. Online condolences may be made at www.paulthomasfuneralhomes.com.
